   Mute the work line and its chat account after hours. Nothing is lost — the messages are waiting in the morning, they just do not wake you up.

• Mute the work chat account rather than the whole phone, so family calls still ring.
• Set a short away message on the work account with your hours and when you will reply. People are far more patient when they know.
• Use a scheduled Do Not Disturb that lets your personal contacts through as exceptions.
• Check the work line at set times instead of every buzz. Two or three sweeps a day is usually plenty.
